Code of Conduct for Movetec Solutions

1. Purpose
At Movetec Solutions, we are committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace where all employees, customers, and partners feel valued and recognized. We embrace diversity and accept and respect every individual. This Code of Conduct defines the behavioral standards we expect from all associated parties to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere.

2. Values
Respect: We value diversity and treat each other with dignity and consideration.
Collaboration: We work as a team and support each other in achieving common goals.
Integrity: We act honestly and transparently in everything we do, while considering standard business procedures.
Innovation: We foster creativity and encourage new ideas and solutions across product, business, and human dimensions.

3. Expected Behavior
We expect everyone representing Movetec Solutions to commit to the following:
– Treat all colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and courtesy.
– Contribute to an inclusive and open environment where everyone feels safe and welcome.
– Communicate clearly and constructively, both internally and externally.
– Comply with applicable laws and Movetec Solutions’ logical policies.
– Avoid spreading messages of a derogatory nature, whether political, sexual, racial, or otherwise, that may offend any of the aforementioned parties.Report situations that may affect the work environment or the company’s reputation.

4. Unacceptable Behavior
The following actions are not tolerated:
– Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, sexuality, disability, or other individual characteristics.
– Physical or verbal aggression, including threatening or offensive language.
– Breaching confidentiality agreements or misusing company resources.
– Actions or statements that endanger Movetec Solutions’ reputation.
– Violating safety protocols or engaging in knowingly unacceptable behavior.
– Any behavior that would not be accepted in normal daily life.

5. Consequences for Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously and may lead to:
– Warnings (verbal or written).
– Suspension or termination of employment or partnership agreements.
– Reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

6. Reporting Mechanisms
If you experience or become aware of a violation of this Code of Conduct:
– Report it immediately to your immediate manager or the HR manager.
– If the matter requires discretion, it can be reported anonymously via email to either
michael@movetec.dk or brian@movetec.dk.
We guarantee confidentiality in handling complaints and will address all reports with respect, attention, seriousness, and professionalism.

7. Global Compliance
Movetec Solutions operates in an international context and recognizes the importance of complying with local laws and cultural considerations. We strive to always comply with applicable trade agreements, bans, and issued trade embargoes. We remain politically neutral and do not engage in debates unrelated to product-specific issues. This Code of Conduct is designed to align with global best practices and promote a universally respectful and ethical workplace. Employees and partners must also adhere to specific regional regulations relevant to their roles.

8. Implementation and Revision
This Code of Conduct takes effect immediately and applies to all employees, contractors, and partners. We reserve the right to revise the code periodically to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
